Each session is an energetic alignment experience using acupuncture as the primary tool. I may incorporate traditional meridian points, chakra balancing, sacred geometry, & channeling Universal energy—depending on what your energy calls for in the moment.

Sessions begin with a short conversation about your goals. You’ll then rest with the needles for 30–45 minutes while your energy recalibrates. I recommend bringing an eye mask and headphones with meditation music for maximum relaxation.

Reiki Sessions- $130
30 minutes of hands on healing with 10-15 minutes of rest and energy integration. For those who may have a fear of needles or are looking for gentle energetic healing and frequency realignment.

Cupping- $90 (30 minutes)

Community Tuesdays:
Cupping: $50 (30 minutes)
Acupuncture: $75 (45 minutes)

Aftercare
Healing often begins on the table and continues unfolding in the days after. Some feel immediate shifts, others experience delayed integration. Side effects like bruising, fatigue, or emotional releases are normal. Trust your process. Healing is not always linear.

For best results, pair your treatments with your own practices: meditation, breathwork, journaling, time in nature, and a nourishing diet.
