Benefits of Community Acupuncture

1. Affordability

By treating multiple patients at the same time the practitioner is able to offer services at a lower rate while still receiving a fair exchange for their services.  I firmly believe that access to healing should be financially accessible and the benefits of treatments are reinforced by more frequent sessions especially when dealing with chronic imbalances or if accelerated spiritual growth is the goal.

2. Efficiency

 â€‹

The main benefit of acupuncture is the time spent resting with needles.  Rather than focus on lengthy intakes I use my knowledge and intuitive channeling to quickly select points. The needles signal for energetic realignment based on your body's innate healing capacity combined with the energetic frequency of the point combinations.

3. Energy Amplification

Healing frequencies are incredibly powerful and amplified when experienced with others and reinforced in a space. Healing in a room with others offers a chance to share in the experience of realignment and find comfort in seeing others receive treatments- especially for those who are new to or hesitant about experiencing needling.

4. Experience

By seeing multiple patients at the same time a practitioner is able to gain experience with a wider range of health conditions and gain greater insight into how different emotional, physical, and spiritual goals are achieved with varying needling approaches, increasing intuitive confirmation for the practitioner and increasing efficiency of point selection.

5. Flexibility

If there are no patients scheduled for your table after your treatment you will be allowed to rest for as long as you'd like.  In a traditional treatment setting treatments can often feel rushed especially if the intake gets too lengthy, leaving less time for resting with the needles.  Community intakes will be short and goal focused, needles will be efficiently inserted, and you can rest for the remainder of the hour slot (minimum of 30 minutes in recommended).  If nobody is scheduled after you and you feel the desire to continue to rest there is no rush to leave.  The only exception is for the final appointment of the day. â€‹â€‹â€‹

What is Intuitive Healing?

Intuitive healing can involve a variety of healing modalities used to foster holistic healing for the individual being treated.  An intuitive healer has the ability to utilize Source, Life Force, Universal energy (call this whatever resonates most with you based on your beliefs) to facilitate profound healing on spiritual, emotional, and physical levels.  Each healer will have their own gifts/sensitivities and modalities they use in their healing work.

I, Alissa, use acupuncture as the main modality for my treatments,  Prior to treating I open up to allow my guides and intuition to indicate the best course of treatmnent for the patient depending on their energetic blocks and ultimate wellness goals.  I am a NYS licensed practitioner with a Masters degree in Acupuncture and NCCAOM accreditation.  I do integrate my knowledge of acupuncture channels/principles and human anatomy to back up my intuition but my treatments are more focused on finer frequency alignments of subtler energy fields.  This approach encourages spiritual and emotional growth as the primary goal allowing those energies to integrate into the physical energy level.
